Last week the Dublin High Lady Gaels tennis team had three exciting matches. They went 2-1 with wins over Concord and Mt. Diablo and a loss to Miramonte.

Coach Sbranti said “The win over Concord was huge because they are a very good team.”

Out of the nine matches Dublin had they won seven of them to take down Concord.

The other win, Lady Gaels against Mt. Diablo, was a blowout; of the nine matches they won them all, shutting out Mt. Diablo.

This week we play against Amador Valley on Monday, which is a non-league game, Acalanes on Tuesday, and Campolindo on Thursday. All of these matches are at home, the Amador match is at 3:30 and the Acalanes and Campo matches are at 3:00.

They still have six matches left and five of them are at home so let’s go support our Dublin High woman’s varsity tennis team.
