Every second period, when you are still trying to wake up, the announcements come on. If you have been awake, and listening, you may have noticed them say, “Do want to win two hundred, one hundred, or even fifty dollars? The Bay Area Travel Writers Organization is asking teens to enter their annual travel essay contest. Talk to your English teacher or councilor for further details.”

If you want to enter your essay there are several requirements. The first one beginning it must be less than five hundred words. Second students are limited to one entry. Third it must be double-spaced and attached your contact information, your full name, address, telephone number and email at the top of the page. Fourth, do not forget to mention the school and English teacher that are blessed to have you this year. Lastly, do not forget to prove the authenticity of your work and sign your name to the bottom of your essay, to prove it is your unique work.

Hurry up now, if you want to enter time is limited; the contest ends October 31^st. If you have an essay you would like to enter send to contest@batw.org.
