New movies that either just came out or are coming out soon are “Tyler Perry’s Why Did I Get Married?,” “30 Days of Night,” and “Saw IV”.
“Tyler Perry’s Why Did I Get Married?” is about 8 married former college friends who reunite for their annual reunion in the snow capped mountains of
Colorado
. They got together expecting fun and excitement, but many arguments and tragedies involving arguing couples, a fed up husband, good friend Shilla, and a sweet woman with a disordered self image stemming from her weight issue that are exacerbated by her emotional abuse and philandering husband.
“30 Day of Night” takes place in Barrow,
Alaska
, the northernmost town in the
U.S.
and sun does not rise for 30 days and night. In the darkness of the town there is an evil force that causes terror and the only hope for the city is a husband-wife cop team to fight off the blood sucking vampires. The movie comes out on Friday the 19th of October.
“Saw IV”. Jigsaw and his apprentice Amanda are dead, Detective Kerry is murdered and upon the news two seasoned FBI profilers, Agent Strahm and Agent Perez who help a veteran officer, Detective Hoffman to sift through Jigsaw’s latest grizzly game of victim and solve his puzzle. SWAT Commander Rigg is abducted and thrust into the madman’s harrowing game, he only has 90 minutes to use his skills and overcome a line of interconnected traps…or face the deadly consequences. This is an extremely bloody, violent, and torturous movie, so if you’re into that kind of stuff then this is the movie for you.
