Gaels Bring Thier Force to the Court

The girls at Concord were no match to Gael force this Tuesday on the tennis court, with our very own Shyesha Simmons ranking first demolishing Concord’s Pauline Asuncion with an astonishing score of 6-2, and 6-1.

The exhibition match that Hannah Tovstein and Tanya Vucetic  proved their talent by “women-handling” concord with a score of  7-4 to insure Coach Sbranti no more slacking and also proved the girls if ever injured recommended back up is their. Ariel Tolentino ranking second to last as a single losing her first match but brought it back with a 7-5, and 10-6 score crushing concords Yvonne Pacheco hopes of gaining victory.

This win shows a positive out look on the Gael scores for future references. The girls started the season off with lots of fire and passion, with it comes higher numbers in the win column. ”I’m proud of the girls, they have been working hard and the progress is showing” says Coach Sbranti when asked about his view on the team this year.
