NFL Update

Lately there has been lots of trash talking in the bay area between 49er and Raider fans. It seemed like the 49er fans had an edge since they had a better overall season last year, but now both teams hold the same record! They both have 2 wins and 2 losses. Now it’s the Raiders turn to talk trash.
Finally, Lane Kiffin (head coach of the Raiders) started Daunte Culpepper. The main reason was because Josh McCown had a toe injury, and so Culpepper got the start and he took full advantage of it. Culpepper rushed for 3 touchdowns and threw for 2 touchdown passes; both to Jerry Porter. Also, we had a total of 299 rush yards which was not expected playing against the Dolphins. The Raiders won 35-17.
The 49ers played against the Seahawks and they got whooped. They couldn’t even score a touchdown; they only had a field goal in the fourth quarter. The Seahawks had control throughout the game, and it must have been hard for niner fans to watch, they lost 23-3.
The Cowboys are showing up now, and they are one of the few teams that are left undefeated. The Cowboys are starting to get people talking, and Tony Romo is doing his thing. They dominated the Rams 35-7. The Rams have completely turned around this year. They emerged last year in what seemed that they could be contenders, but have yet to win a game yet! Marc Bulger is playing horribly and Steven Jackson is no where near getting 2,500 yards this year, as he wanted. He did not play on Sunday due to an injury and should be back soon.
It is a very exciting season this year; teams are coming out of nowhere and showing up, like the Packers. The teams that are undefeated are: New England Patriots, Indianapolis Colts, Dallas Cowboys, and the Green Bay Packers, so make sure to tune in.
